One of our trained negotiators will review your bill for errors and compare the pricing with what other providers in your geographic area have accepted for payment for similar procedures. The negotiator will contact the medical provider and propose a discounted settlement. If successful, we charge a percentage of the amount saved on the bill, with no fee if there is no savings.

Nebraska Farm Bureau has negotiated special rates off our fee for its members. Any bill with a patient balance over $200 is eligible to be sent for negotiation. If we successfully reduce your bill, the INSNET fee will be reduced from 35% of the amount saved to 28%, an additional savings of 20%.
